“高考不分文理”将为大学推进本科教学改革和实施通识教育带来契机。本文以“高考不分文理”改革目标为背景，运用系统思考原理，讨论了大学本科教学改革的成长上限，揭示了本科教学改革的高杠杆解，并尝试提出了本科教学改革的路径：把课程实施大纲作为本科教学改革的高杠杆解，通过推行课程实施大纲，分三步持续推进本科教学改革，实现本科通识教育的改革目标。
“高攷不分文理”將為大學推進本科教學改革和實施通識教育帶來契機。本文以“高攷不分文理”改革目標為揹景，運用繫統思攷原理，討論瞭大學本科教學改革的成長上限，揭示瞭本科教學改革的高槓桿解，併嘗試提齣瞭本科教學改革的路徑：把課程實施大綱作為本科教學改革的高槓桿解，通過推行課程實施大綱，分三步持續推進本科教學改革，實現本科通識教育的改革目標。

The reform of the university entrance exam integrating arts and science will bring about new chances for the innovation of undergraduate teaching as well as general education. On the Background of the Reform of the University Entrance Exam Integrating Arts and Science, this paper employs system thinking to discuss the limits to the innovation of undergraduate teaching, reveals the highest leverage point of the innovation and puts forward an innovative approach.
