为探讨大学生体育锻炼坚持性的自我管理模型,以大学生体育锻炼动机量表、大学生体育锻炼氛围量表、大学生体育锻炼坚持性量表以及大学生体育锻炼行为自我管理量表对600名大学生施测,然后通过路径分析对模型进行了拟合度和性别年级差异检验,结果表明:(1)修正后的大学生锻炼行为自我管理模型较好地拟合了数据,表明在大学生锻炼行为坚持性中锻炼行为自我管理因素起着重要的中介作用.(2)修正后的大学生锻炼行为自我管理模型存在性别差异,这种差异主要表现为锻炼动机对自我管理的影响上男生的路径系数显著高于女生,锻炼动机对坚持性的影响上女生的路径系数显著高于男生,但是年级差异不显著.

In order to probe into university student physical exercise adherence self-management model, the authorssurveyed 600 university students by using university student physical exercise motive scale, university student physicalexercise atmosphere scale, university student physical exercise adherence scale, then checked the model’s degree of fittingas well as gender and grade differences by means of path analysis, and revealed the following findings: 1) themodified university student exercise behavior self-management mode fitted the data well, which indicated that theself-management factor played an important mediating role in university student exercise behavior adherence; 2) themodified university student exercise behavior self-management mode had a gender difference, which was mainlyshown in that male students’ path coefficient was significantly higher than female students’ in terms of the influence ofexercise motive on self-management, and that female students’ path coefficient was significantly higher than male students’in terms of the influence of exercise motive on adherence, but the grade difference was not significant.
