将数据包络分析的BCC模型和超效率模型结合起来，通过DEAP2.1和DEA-Solve-LV软件对在沪深两市上市的 22 家电商企业的经营管理绩效进行实证分析。结果表明，在 BCC 模型下 22 家电商企业中有 10 家的经营效率达到 DEA 有效，整体而言电商企业的纯技术效率是比较高的，大多数规模无效的电商企业处于规模报酬递增阶段，具有较大发展空间； SE-DEA 模型可以对 BCC 模型下 DEA 有效的电商企业进行比较分析，并且这些综合效率大于 1 的电商企业在 SE-DEA 模型下依然可以通过改进其投入要素组合达到最优的生产前沿面。

This article combed BCC model and Super-Efficiency model and used DEAP2.1 and DEA-Solve-LV. The results show that the overall efficiencies of 10 among the 22 e-business enterprises selected reach the DEA valid state in the BCC model. The pure technical efficiency of these selected e-business enterprises is relatively high, and most of the scale invalid enterprises are in the stage of increasing returns to scale. Those DEA efficient e-business enterprises are of no difference under the BCC model, while using SE-DEA model can make a comparative analysis of these companies. Additionally, those enterprises which overall efficiency is larger than 1 could still improve their investment factors to achieve optimal production frontier in SE-DEA model.
