通过公共政策打通农林高校毕业生服务现代农业的路径,是推动我国农业从传统农业向现代农业转型的战略举措。通过对现有政策路径的梳理,解析了其所具有的紧密结合现代农业发展、主要运用公共政策、注重中央和地方的无缝衔接、致力于打造长效机制等特点,针对政策路径存在的问题,从瞄准农业和农村生产一线调整政策重心、扩大农林高校毕业生的招募规模、切实消除扎根基层的后顾之忧等方面提出了对现有路径的进一步完善的思考。

The public policy to open the path of the agricultural and forestry college graduates is the strategic measures that promote the transformation from China＇s traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.By combing the existing policy path,this paper interprets the characteristics that closely integrating with the development of modern agriculture,mainly using public policy,emphasizing the seamlessly link of the central and local governments,and building a long-term mechanism etc.Based on the existent policy path issues,the paper presents some suggestions such as adjusting the policy focus aiming at agricultural production,enlarging the scale of agricultural and forestry college graduates recruitment and effectively eliminating the worries about rooted at the grassroots level.
