当前农户可以分为离农户、兼业农户、纯农户和无地户四类。农户家庭土地利用类型包括耕地、林地、草地等农用承包地、宅基地、共有集体公益用地和乡镇村企业集体建设用地和农村未利用地。目前不同类型农户及其土地收益已经分化。土地收入对农户家庭的经济和保障功能减弱,引导离农户退出土地、兼业户出租土地、纯农户经营土地,提高农户土地财产价值化程度和农户土地财产收入能力,不仅能促进土地持续生产力培育,而且能增加纯农户土地收益,促进良性城镇化。

The current farmers can be divided into four classes,including farmers out of agriculture,multiple occupation farmers,pure farmers and landless farmers.Different types of farmers＇land benefit have differentiation,and land use control system also intensified the differentiation.Farmers＇household land use types include cultivated land,forest land,grassland and other contracted agricultural land,house sites,a total of collective land for public welfare,the collective construction land of enterprises in the village of the township and the unused rural land.Under the same conditions of capital and labor,only the family mode operation will create land surplus value that not outflow.But lacking of external family input leads to contracted land remaining deficiencies.Guide farmers to quit planting on land,self-employed to lease land and the pure farmers to circulate land,not only can promote the productivity of cultivated land,but also increase the pure peasants＇land benefit,and then promote the benign urbanization.
