近些年,随着全球化和国际化进程的不断加快,德国已然成为一个多元文化的社会,多元文化现象对教师教育领域产生了很大的影响。德国跨文化教师教育改革就是在移民学生数量不断增长、教师跨文化能力匮乏和全球化学习的背景下展开的,并呈现出处理异质性、能力导向性、开放性、实践性、多元性等特点,对我国职前教师教育改革具有启示作用:一是为我国职前教师教育坚持对外开放、加强对外交流提供参考;二是为我国职前教师深化对处理异质的认识,真正做到因材施教提供借鉴;三是为我国培养综合课程教师,提高教师综合能力提供启示。
近些年,隨著全毬化和國際化進程的不斷加快,德國已然成為一箇多元文化的社會,多元文化現象對教師教育領域產生瞭很大的影響。德國跨文化教師教育改革就是在移民學生數量不斷增長、教師跨文化能力匱乏和全毬化學習的揹景下展開的,併呈現齣處理異質性、能力導嚮性、開放性、實踐性、多元性等特點,對我國職前教師教育改革具有啟示作用:一是為我國職前教師教育堅持對外開放、加彊對外交流提供參攷;二是為我國職前教師深化對處理異質的認識,真正做到因材施教提供藉鑒;三是為我國培養綜閤課程教師,提高教師綜閤能力提供啟示。
근사년,수착전구화화국제화진정적불단가쾌,덕국이연성위일개다원문화적사회,다원문화현상대교사교육영역산생료흔대적영향。덕국과문화교사교육개혁취시재이민학생수량불단증장、교사과문화능력궤핍화전구화학습적배경하전개적,병정현출처리이질성、능력도향성、개방성、실천성、다원성등특점,대아국직전교사교육개혁구유계시작용:일시위아국직전교사교육견지대외개방、가강대외교류제공삼고;이시위아국직전교사심화대처리이질적인식,진정주도인재시교제공차감;삼시위아국배양종합과정교사,제고교사종합능력제공계시。
In these years,along with accelerating the process of the globalization and internationalization,Germany has become a multicultural society and the multicultural phenomenon in the field of teacher education has a great impact.The reform of the German intercultural teacher education is promoted in the context of the growing number of immigrant students,the lack intercultural competence of teachers and global learning.The reform has some characteristics,such as dealing with heterogeneity,the orientation of competence,openness,practicality,varieties and so on.These characteristics supply inspiration for reform and development of teacher education in China:firstly,supplying the reference for insisting on open to the outside world and enhancing international communication;secondly,deepening the understanding of dealing with heterogeneity and supplying the reference for teaching students in accordance with their aptitude;thirdly,providing the inspiration for educating comprehensive curriculum teachers and improving teachers'comprehensive competence.
