两性及女性是明代启蒙文人关注的一个重要焦点,亦是明代情性启蒙运动的重要维系。情性启蒙运动萌芽于明初文人对情与理的哲学探讨,并逐渐发展为对＂情与理＂、＂两性及女性＂的社会践行。情性思潮直接促发了明代两性、女性及青楼文学的繁兴,反映了启蒙者对情与理的人文思索,亦折射出明人对变革传统伦理轶序的努力与妥协。

Gender and women are an important focus of the enlightenment scholars in Ming Dynasty,and it is also important to maintain the ideological trend of the humanity. Enlightenment humanity originated from the philosophical study of emotion and reason by scholars in the early Ming Dynasty and gradually developed into the social practice of＂emotion＂and＂reason＂and＂male＂and＂female＂. The emotion and reason trend directly triggers the prosperity of male and female literature and the literature of brothels,reflects the humanistic concern for emotion and reason and shows people＇s effort and comprise to reform the traditional ethics and order.
