How to lead the evaluation of reading teaching from experience to science? The three international reading assessment projects, PISA, PIRLS and NAEP provide us some experience and reference for our Chinese reading assessment in primary and middle schools: the evaluation idea aims to promote fairness and excellence; the core of evaluation target is reading literacy; the evaluation system focuses on constructing systematic framework; the evaluation criteria is easy to operate.
