作为西部特大中心城市，成都常住人口城镇化加速与农业转移人口市民化滞后并存。农业转移人口市民化面临的主要问题是农民工就业稳定性差、城市居住现实和居住意愿之间差距大和城市融入任重道远。应推进以人为核心的新型城镇化，继续深化户籍制度改革，拓宽住房保障渠道，坚持工业化和城镇化良性互动，注重农民工城市融合，有重点分步骤解决好农业转移人口市民化问题。

The problem of agricultural transient population urbanization is the core of population problem during the progress of the new-type urbanization, and it is also a key on improving the human-centered urbanization quality. As the biggest central city in the west China, Chengdu has a large of foreign floating population mainly with migrant workers, which has caused a lag of agricultural transient population urbanization while the resident population urbanization is accelerating. Major problems of Chengdu agricultural transient population urbanization are an unstable employment of migrant workers, a gap between reality and willingness for city residence, as well as a heavy responsibility for urban inclusion. As such, the thesis suggests that Chengdu promote the human-centered urbanization, continue deepening the reform of census register system, expand the channel of housing security, maintain the positive interaction between industrialization and urbanization, care about urban integration of migrant workers, and therefore solve the problem of agricultural transient population urbanization in accordance with its importance step by step.
