通过问卷调查分析,认为我国研究生整体文化素养偏低,研究生在心理素质、创新能力和文史哲知识上存在不足,不同层次高校研究生文化素养存在较大反差.针对这些问题,认为要树立科学人才培养质量观,切实采取有效措施提升研究生整体文化素养,牢固树立研究生培养是高校中心工作的办学观念.

Through questionnaires analysis, we consider that the whole culture literacy of postgraduates is low, there are some deficiencies in psychological quality, innovation ability and knowledge of literature, history and philosophy. There is a big contrast in different levels of colleges and universities. To solve these problems, colleges and universities should set up scientific quality conception of personnel training and take effective measures to promote the overall culture literacy of postgraduates. Postgraduate cultivation is the central task of colleges and universities.
