本文定位于基于熵变模型实证研究互联网企业能力演进机理。构建了基于耗散结构的企业能力熵变模型。其次在实证案例研究中,选取纳斯达克(NASDAQ)市场上10家具有代表性的互联网企业为研究对象,将其财务报表数据应用于熵变模型,找到了互联网企业资源效能演进规律和生命周期发展历程演进规律。本研究为从微观角度研究企业所处的状态及有序化提供了定量分析的依据和工具。

This paper focuses on the empirical research of enterprise capability evolution mechanism based on the entropy change model. First, the paper proposes an entropy derivation process in the evolution mechanism of enterprise capability, using the dissipative structure. Second, in the empirical study, ten interuet firms are selected from NASDAQ market and their financial reports data are applied to the entropy change model, in order to further explore the evolution law of resource efficiency and life cycle development from the ten capability systems. This paper provides the evidence and a tool of quantitative analysis for the research of studying the state and ordering of enterprise from a microscopic view.
