全面推进协同创新已经成为地方高校提高人才培养质量的重要途径。通过分析目前地方高校协同创新发展存在的问题，探讨了地方本科院校在新形势下的人才培养路径。韶关学院以信息科学与技术领域为突破口，通过一系列协同创新实践改革，逐步形成与政府、企业、科研机构开展深度合作，拥有自身学科专业特色的创新人才培养模式，对促进区域经济发展和人才培养模式转变具有重大意义。
全麵推進協同創新已經成為地方高校提高人纔培養質量的重要途徑。通過分析目前地方高校協同創新髮展存在的問題，探討瞭地方本科院校在新形勢下的人纔培養路徑。韶關學院以信息科學與技術領域為突破口，通過一繫列協同創新實踐改革，逐步形成與政府、企業、科研機構開展深度閤作，擁有自身學科專業特色的創新人纔培養模式，對促進區域經濟髮展和人纔培養模式轉變具有重大意義。

Comprehensively promoting the collaborative innovation has become an important way to improve the quality of talent cultivation in local universities. The current local university collaborative innovation develop-ment problems are analyzed. The path of local university talent training in the new situation is discussed. Through a series of reform practice about collaborative innovation in the field of information science and tech-nology, Shaoguan University is carrying out the depth of cooperation with the government, enterprises, and sci-entific research institutions, and gradually forms the mode of talent cultivation with its own professional disci-pline features. These are of great significance to promote the regional economic development and talent cultiva-tion mode transition.
