通过比较大陆和台湾企业并购市场现状、特点及其差异发现,相对大陆并购市场,台湾并购市场更显成熟,其参与主体更加多元化和扁平化。进一步分析两岸之间企业相互并购存在的产业、区位等因素的差异以及投资的相互流动性,证实两个市场之间企业并购受到产业选择、区位特征等因素的影响,并存在一定的非对称性。

By analyzing MA market present situation,characteristics and differences between Mainland and Taiwan,this paper finds the Taiwan MA market is more diversity and flat.Further analyzing the liquidity,industry and geographical factors of mutual mergers and acquisitions,the data confirms enterprise MA between the two markets is affected by the factors such as industrial selection,regional characteristics,and so on.there are also obvious asymmetric characteristics between cross-strait MA market.
