有关食品安全犯罪的防治，是一项多维度的系统工程，需要构建完善的食品安全犯罪的防控体系：完善我国食品安全犯罪的相关立法，扩大刑法打击的犯罪圈，与《食品安全法》的规定实现对接，将食品安全犯罪列入危害公共安全类犯罪中，提高法定刑。引入食品安全警察制度。明确划分政府对食品安全监管的职能与权限，加强对食品生产、流通整个过程的监管。建立体系性食品安全的综合治理平台。

The issue of food security is deeply concerned with not only the prosperity of nation but also the individual welfare. Recent years have witnessed a constant increase in food security related crimes which were not efficiently kept under control. Relevant researches on the prevention of such crimes are mainly about criminal legislation and criminal policies. Though the perspectives are quite varied, the actual effects are not obvious. The issue of food security is closely related to numerous aspects of social life. Correspondingly, the approaches of prevention should be multiply systematic as well. However, related researches on this field are few in number. We have to be aware of the fact that prevention of food secu- rity related crimes is a multiple and systematic project, which entails the construction of a complete prevention and management system so that food security could be effectively secured.
