＂九一八＂事变后,日本侵略者为将内蒙古东部地区纳入殖民统治的＂新国家＂,极力策动部分蒙古王公、上层人物和分裂分子,组织反动武装,搞分裂民族的＂独立＂、＂自治＂运动。伪满洲国成立后,日本侵略者对内蒙古地区的管理形式采取了保持以蒙古＂王公为中心现有体制＂的所谓＂民族自治＂的利用政策。当伪满洲国各级政权完全控制在日本人手中之后,便开始废除传统的蒙古王公制度,实行＂特权奉上＂制度,以实现对内蒙古东部地区的完全占有。
＂九一八＂事變後,日本侵略者為將內矇古東部地區納入殖民統治的＂新國傢＂,極力策動部分矇古王公、上層人物和分裂分子,組織反動武裝,搞分裂民族的＂獨立＂、＂自治＂運動。偽滿洲國成立後,日本侵略者對內矇古地區的管理形式採取瞭保持以矇古＂王公為中心現有體製＂的所謂＂民族自治＂的利用政策。噹偽滿洲國各級政權完全控製在日本人手中之後,便開始廢除傳統的矇古王公製度,實行＂特權奉上＂製度,以實現對內矇古東部地區的完全佔有。

After September 18 th Incident,in order to colonize Eastern Inner Mongolia,Japanese imperialists instigated some of the Inner Mongolian princes, elites and separatists, armed reactionary organizations and carried out the movement of independence and autonomy to separate ethnic groups. After the establishment of Manchukuo,Japanese invaders adopted the so called national autonomous policy,that is,to maintain the existing system centered on the princes in management. When they got the complete control of the Manchukuo regime at all levels, they started to repeal the traditional system of Mongolian princes,implemented the system of privilege,and completely deprived the Mongolian princes of privileges.
