This paper discusses the importance of the consciousness of justice of editors of academic journal,points out the lack of it in editors and puts forward the ways to cultivate their consciousness of justice.We think that having the consciousness of justice will facilitate a healthy and sustainable development of academic journals in a fair and just environment of editing and publishing and promote social fairness.
