9-10岁阶段身体素质科学化训练是构建男子体操后备人才科学梯队的关键,亦是男子体操选手后续发展高难动作的物质基础,而目前相关研究匮乏。运用特尔菲法、测试与AHP等方法,构建我国9-10岁男子体操选手身体素质评价指标体系,并进行实时评价,旨在为监控与提高该阶段体操选手身体素质的训练质量提供指导。结果表明:(1)指标体系包括力量、速度、耐力、柔韧和灵敏5个1级指标和16个2级指标,5个1级指标的权重依次为0.251 3、0.206 0、0.164 2、0.188 1和0.190 4,权重系数较好地诠释了整个指标体系的内涵;(2)目前机体耐乳酸能力、肩部柔韧性和上肢屈臂推撑力量整体发展较好,上肢慢用性拉引力量、空翻的动作速度与位移速度整理水平有待提高,灵敏素质是薄弱环节;(3)训练内容规划上,该阶段应着重加强力量、柔韧、速度、灵敏的训练;(4)发展策略上,下一阶段应注重加强灵敏素质、专项腰腹力量与位移速度的训练。
9-10歲階段身體素質科學化訓練是構建男子體操後備人纔科學梯隊的關鍵,亦是男子體操選手後續髮展高難動作的物質基礎,而目前相關研究匱乏。運用特爾菲法、測試與AHP等方法,構建我國9-10歲男子體操選手身體素質評價指標體繫,併進行實時評價,旨在為鑑控與提高該階段體操選手身體素質的訓練質量提供指導。結果錶明:(1)指標體繫包括力量、速度、耐力、柔韌和靈敏5箇1級指標和16箇2級指標,5箇1級指標的權重依次為0.251 3、0.206 0、0.164 2、0.188 1和0.190 4,權重繫數較好地詮釋瞭整箇指標體繫的內涵;(2)目前機體耐乳痠能力、肩部柔韌性和上肢屈臂推撐力量整體髮展較好,上肢慢用性拉引力量、空翻的動作速度與位移速度整理水平有待提高,靈敏素質是薄弱環節;(3)訓練內容規劃上,該階段應著重加彊力量、柔韌、速度、靈敏的訓練;(4)髮展策略上,下一階段應註重加彊靈敏素質、專項腰腹力量與位移速度的訓練。
9-10세계단신체소질과학화훈련시구건남자체조후비인재과학제대적관건,역시남자체조선수후속발전고난동작적물질기출,이목전상관연구궤핍。운용특이비법、측시여AHP등방법,구건아국9-10세남자체조선수신체소질평개지표체계,병진행실시평개,지재위감공여제고해계단체조선수신체소질적훈련질량제공지도。결과표명:(1)지표체계포괄역량、속도、내력、유인화령민5개1급지표화16개2급지표,5개1급지표적권중의차위0.251 3、0.206 0、0.164 2、0.188 1화0.190 4,권중계수교호지전석료정개지표체계적내함;(2)목전궤체내유산능력、견부유인성화상지굴비추탱역량정체발전교호,상지만용성랍인역량、공번적동작속도여위이속도정리수평유대제고,령민소질시박약배절;(3)훈련내용규화상,해계단응착중가강역량、유인、속도、령민적훈련;(4)발전책략상,하일계단응주중가강령민소질、전항요복역량여위이속도적훈련。
Scientific training of physical fitness in the 9~10 years old stages is the key to build a scientific male gymnastics talent team, and it's the corner- stone of difficult moves. But until now it's lack of related. By using the method of Delphi, test, AHP, an index system is put forwarded to evaluate the physical fitness of Chinese 9~10 year old male gymnast, in order to provide guidance for monitoring and improving the quality of physical fitness training. The results showed that: 1 )that evaluation indicator included five first level indicators: strength, speed, en-durance flexibility and sensitivity, and 16 secondary level in- dicators. The weight coefficients of five first level indicators were 0.251 3, 0.206 0, 0.164 2, 0.188 1 and 0.190 4 respectively, the weight coefficients inter- preted the contents of indicators effectively. 2)the current status of development: lactic acid-resistant ability, the shoulder flexibility, upper body bent arm thrust force are the advantage of 9-10 years old gymnastics strength quality, with upper limb slow pulling force and waist, speed and agility are the weak link ; 3 )it should been respectively focus on the training of strength, flexibility, speed, sensitivity in the arrangements of the training content; 4) the strengthening the agility, the waist strength and displacement speed training should be better developed in the next training phase.
