本文运用世界价值观调查数据考察保险发展对中国居民幸福感的影响。在控制了性别、年龄等个体微观变量和人均GDP、通货膨胀率、失业率等宏观经济变量后得出结论：财险业和寿险业都能够影响居民幸福感，但是具有差异性。从财险业来看，保险密度对居民幸福感具有正向影响，人均赔付的影响不显著；从寿险业来看，保险密度和人均赔付均与居民幸福感正相关。本文首次将保险发展纳入居民幸福感研究领域，具有原创性。

본문운용세계개치관조사수거고찰보험발전대중국거민행복감적영향。재공제료성별、년령등개체미관변량화인균GDP、통화팽창솔、실업솔등굉관경제변량후득출결론：재험업화수험업도능구영향거민행복감，단시구유차이성。종재험업래간，보험밀도대거민행복감구유정향영향，인균배부적영향불현저；종수험업래간，보험밀도화인균배부균여거민행복감정상관。본문수차장보험발전납입거민행복감연구영역，구유원창성。
Using the data of World Values Survey concerning China from 1991 to 2007, we adopt Ordered Probit Model to examine the influence of insurance development on the subjective well-being of Chinese residents. The empirical analysis finds that： Whether in property insurance or life insurance industry, there is prominent relationship between insurance development and national happiness in China： For property insurance, the national happiness is positively related to insurance density, but to payment the relationship is not prominent. While for life insurance, the national happiness is positively related to both insurance density and payment per capita.
