教师伦理规范的制度建设在教师道德精神结构中具有重要作用,对教师伦理规范问题的讨论只有回归到制度建设上来才具有现实意义。中国近代已有的理论探索以及其他国家和地区的实践经验所给予的启发是:应辨析教师伦理规范的制度属性,明确建立教师伦理规范存在的必要,界定教师伦理规范建构的专业化内容以及应有的建构程序。教师伦理规范建设将弥补当前非正式制度缺位,使教师制度体系趋于完备。

The Construction of a system of teacher ethical criteria plays an important role in the structure of the teacher's moral spirit. Therefore,a discussion on the teacher's ethical criteria is of little realistic significance unless we bring it into the channel of institutional construction. The existing theoretical exploration in China in modern times and practical experience in other nations and regions of the world enlightens us that we should discriminate the institutional character of the system of teacher ethical criteria,realize the necessity of establishing such a system,and define the professional contents of typical teacher ethical criteria and necessary constructive procedure. In a word,the Construction of a system of teacher ethical criteria will compensate for the current absence of informal institutions and complete the existing system of teacher institutions.
