利用计量方法从环境和就业两个维度来考察江苏出口商品结构优化,通过研究发现机械及运输设备、化学品及有关产品、按原料分类的制成品、食品及活动物这四类出口商品都分别对环境有着显著影响力,而就业维度上,出口商品类别对不同领域内的就业呈现出差异化的影响力,最后提出应大力促进机械及运输设备的出口、非食用原料（燃料除外）出口和饮料及烟类出口,抑制化学品及有关产品出口、按原料分类的制成品的出口、动植物油、脂及蜡出口和矿物燃料、润滑油及有关原料出口,从而实现江苏出口商品结构在环境和就业两个维度上的优化.

ith the econometrical method, the paper studies the optimization of export commodity structure in Jiangsu from the two dimensions of environment and employment. It finds that the export of machinery and transport equipment, chemicals and related products, manufactured goods classified chiefly by material, and food and live animals has notable impacts on environment and the categories of export commodity have differential impacts on employment in different fields. Finally, it thinks that it＇s important to greatly promote the export of machinery and transport equipment, inedible crude material （except fuel）, and beverage and tobacco and restrain the export of chemicals and related products, manu- factured goods classified chiefly by material, animal and vegetable oil, fat and wax, mineral fuel, lubricant and related crude materials to optimize export commodity structure in Jiangsu from the dimensions of environment and employment.
