This paper aims to interpret the concept of teacher learning from the perspective of Adult Learning Theory. Specifically, drawing on andragogy, theory of margin, proficiency theory, perspective transformation theory, self-directed learning, and transformational learning, this paper tries to construct the attributes of teacher learning in four dimensions ： orientation, objectives, motivation, and approaches.
