研究生教育质量保障体系在研究生教育系统“内卷化”的背号下，日益显现出复杂性的组织特征。基于系统的复杂性，研究生教育质量保障体系的构建要做到主体的多元协同与质量问责相结合、客体的多层次性和系统优化相结合，同时还应注重保障环境的内外兼修。
研究生教育質量保障體繫在研究生教育繫統“內捲化”的揹號下，日益顯現齣複雜性的組織特徵。基于繫統的複雜性，研究生教育質量保障體繫的構建要做到主體的多元協同與質量問責相結閤、客體的多層次性和繫統優化相結閤，同時還應註重保障環境的內外兼脩。
연구생교육질량보장체계재연구생교육계통“내권화”적배호하，일익현현출복잡성적조직특정。기우계통적복잡성，연구생교육질량보장체계적구건요주도주체적다원협동여질량문책상결합、객체적다층차성화계통우화상결합，동시환응주중보장배경적내외겸수。
In view of a comprehensive reform of postgraduate education, an analysis is presented on the background, basic mode, and possible advantages and disadvantages of a reform in the system of doctoral application and admission. Suggestions are also offered to ensure the success of the reform by improving related supporting systems.
