作为日本“技术科学”思想的发祥地,长冈技术科学大学以其独具特色的人才培养模式彰显了“技术科学”的重要性。该校在课程体系、教学方式、师资队伍扫培养对象方面形成了特色鲜明的工程硕士培养模式,在培养国际化实践型工程技术人才方面发挥着重要作用。借鉴长冈技术科学大学的经验,建议从更新培养理念,突出技术本质;调整课程设置,创新教学方式;吸纳精英力量,优化师资队伍;注重实践能力,加强道德教育这四方面着手推进我国工程硕士能力的提升,促进工程硕士教育的持续发展。

As the birthplace of the concept of "technical science", Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT) is noted for its unique talent training mode. Its master-of-engineering programs are well-known in terms of curriculum, teaching methods, faculty and students, and play an important role in training high-quality internationally-minded engineers. Master-of- engineering programs in China may benefit from the experience of NUT for their capacity improvement and sustainable development. An effort needs to be made in four particular areas: emphasizing the concept of technological training, restructuring curriculum with innovation in teaching, optimizing the teaching staff by recruiting top talents, and strengthening practical skills and moral education.
