深化产教融合、校企合作是促进我国高等职业教育科学健康发展、提高我国高等职业教育质量、促进我国经济社会转型升级、为经济社会发展培养大量高素质劳动者和技术技能型专门人才的必由之路。中国和德国职业教育校企合作方面存有很大的差异。中国职业教育在校企合作改革与发展过程中,应该在政府主导、企业主体、行业协会指导等方面学习和借鉴德国的成功经验。

Deepen the combination of industry and teaching, and the cooperation of schools and enterprises has turned out to be the way that we must get through, so as to facilitate the scientific and healthy development of higher vocational education and to improve the aspects of it in our country,to promote the transformation and upgrading of our national economic society,as well as to cultivate a great amount of high qualified workers and technical talents for the development of the economy and the society. Cooperations between schools and companies regarding to the vocational education in both China and Germany have many differences. The successful experiences of Germany＇s vocational education in the aspects of the leading role of government, enterprise entity, and the industry associations＇ guide can be the valuable lessons for the reform and development of with respect to college-enterprise cooperation of vocational education in China.
