大学教师角色扮演受到社会大环境、学校小环境及个体角色局限的制约和影响。因此,政府可以通过建立科学合理的大学治理模式、营造尊师重教的社会氛围、提出适当合理的角色期望、完善大学教师培训制度等措施来创设宽松的角色扮演社会环境。大学可以采取构建共同治理制度、建立发展性角色评价制度、完善教师角色支持系统和减轻教师负担等策略营造理想的学校氛围。大学教师也应强化角色意识、培育角色情感、提高角色技能和准确角色定位,增强角色扮演的适应性。

University teachers’ role played by the social environment,the school environment and the role of the limitations of individual constraints and impact.Therefore,the government can establish a lenient social environment for the play of teachers’ role by creating a scientific university governance mode and a teacher-and-teaching-respecting social atmosphere,setting appropriate role expectations and improving teaching training system.The school can create an ideal campus environment by constructing ajoint governance system and a developmental role evaluation system,and establishing a system to facilitate the play of teachers’ role and reduce their burden.In the meantime,college teachers should also enhance their role awareness,nurture their role emotion,improve their role skills and identify their role orientation accurately so as to increase their role-playing adaptability.
