典当业是一种从事以质押或抵押一定物或权利而进行放贷的特殊金融活动,当前我国典当业正不断发挥其资金融通、救急济困的功能,促进着国民经济的活跃和繁荣。但是由于我国典当业法律制度建设的不完善导致了当前典当业经营出现了许多问题。因而通过梳理我国典当业监管制度的流变,总结目前监管中存在的一些不足,未来可以从法律制定、实务操作等环节多管齐下地采取措施,健全和完善我国典当业的法律监管制度,以引导该行业更好地发展。
典噹業是一種從事以質押或牴押一定物或權利而進行放貸的特殊金融活動,噹前我國典噹業正不斷髮揮其資金融通、救急濟睏的功能,促進著國民經濟的活躍和繁榮。但是由于我國典噹業法律製度建設的不完善導緻瞭噹前典噹業經營齣現瞭許多問題。因而通過梳理我國典噹業鑑管製度的流變,總結目前鑑管中存在的一些不足,未來可以從法律製定、實務操作等環節多管齊下地採取措施,健全和完善我國典噹業的法律鑑管製度,以引導該行業更好地髮展。

Pawn is a special financial activity engaged by mortgage or pledge some articles and rights . Now China＇s pawnbroking is continue to play its financing function and emergency relief function. Meanwhile, promote the national economy and make it prosperous. But with the imperfect legal system of China＇s pawnbroking, there have been some problems led to impede the pawn industry. So this paper want to give some introduction about the evolution of China＇s pawnbroking supervision system and summarizes some problems .existing in current supervision, proposed that in the future we can improve and perfect China＇s pawn legal supervision system from some measures of the legislation and practice, then acquire a guide to gain a better development for this industry.
