Shanghai land Regulations also known as The Land Regulations, Shanghai First Land Regulation, Shanghai Real Estate Association, Shanghai Concession Constitution, is about to open two foreigners living in Shanghai reservation treaty. Shanghai reservation later develop into the British concession, as capitalist powers opened in China many ports into concessions. Thus, this had a great effect. This paper introduces the main contents of the articles of association, combined with the articles of association signed the era background, analysis the reasons behind, and analyzed the influence and the articles of association signed.
