界定了煤炭主体功能区、煤炭主体功能区生态化的基本概念、内涵与特征,比较分析了主体功能区、主体功能区生态化、煤炭主体功能区、煤炭主体功能区生态化相互间的内在关系。研究认为煤炭主体功能区是一个具有特质性的复合生态系统,其生态化特性涉及自然子系统、经济子系统和社会子系统三个维度,其中自然子系统的生态化特性包括系统性、动态性、可逆性和跨地域性,经济子系统的生态化特性涉及低碳性、循环性、减物质化与非物质化,社会子系统的生态化特性则包括政策导向性、和谐型、发展性和文化支撑性。基于上述系统分析,研究提出并明确了煤炭主体功能区生态化过程中自然、经济和社会三方面的具体发展方向。

This paper first defines the conceptual framework, connotation and features of the main functional region of coal and the ecologicalization of that. Then this paper compares the inner relationship among the main functional region, the ecologicalization of main functional region, main functional region of coal and the ecologicalization of main functional region of coal. It has drawn the conclusion that the main functional region of coal is a complex ecological system with various ecological features, which refers to natural, economic and social subsystems. The ecological features of natural subsystem include systematicness, dynamics, reversibility and cross region. The ecological features of economic subsystem relates to low carbon, circulation, reduction of material and immaterial. The ecological features of social subsystem include policy-oriental, harmonious, development and cultural supporting. At last, this paper puts forward a clear direction referring to natural, economic and social three aspects for the eco-logicalization development of main functional region of coal based on the above systematic analysis.
