通过全面分析现代烟草农业的内涵特征，系统梳理分析云南烟叶现化发展现状、发展模式、现代化进程以及主要存在问题，提出云南现代烟草农业发展的政策建议，从而加快云南省烟叶现代化发展，推动“三农”问题的解决。
通過全麵分析現代煙草農業的內涵特徵，繫統梳理分析雲南煙葉現化髮展現狀、髮展模式、現代化進程以及主要存在問題，提齣雲南現代煙草農業髮展的政策建議，從而加快雲南省煙葉現代化髮展，推動“三農”問題的解決。
통과전면분석현대연초농업적내함특정，계통소리분석운남연협현화발전현상、발전모식、현대화진정이급주요존재문제，제출운남현대연초농업발전적정책건의，종이가쾌운남성연협현대화발전，추동“삼농”문제적해결。
Through a comprehensive analysis of the connotation of modern tobacco agriculture characteristics, this paper systematically analyzes the main existing problems, the current situation of the development of tobacco, the development model, modernization in Yunnan, and puts forward policy suggestions on the development of modern tobacco agriculture in Yunnan Province, so as to accelerate the development of Yunnan tobacco modernization, promote the solution of the problem of＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂.
