离岸金融对岛屿经济体自身和其周边地区乃至对国际范围内都产生了较大的影响。选取巴哈马群岛、巴林岛、百慕大群岛、开曼群岛和中国的香港、澳门六个著名岛屿型的国际离岸金融中心的面板数据，以固定效应模型分析了国际离岸金融业务对当地的经济效应和进出口贸易的影响，研究发现：离岸金融中心贷款业务的增加有助于经济发展，然而这种正效应随着经济周期发生变动；同时，其非银行部门的贷款业务对进出口的影响较大，而且出口受到的影响大于进口。

Offshore finance has the tremendous influence on either small island economies （SIEs） themselves or their surrounding areas, even the international financial world. Selecting the panel data of the international off- shore financial centers （OFCs） of the islands, namely Bahamas, Bahrain, Bermuda, Cayman Islands as well as Hong Kong and Macao in China, this paper analyzes the impact of the international offshore financial business on SIEs＇ local economical effects and their import and export trades with the fixed effects model. The study shows that the increase of loan transactions in the OFCs benefits their economic development, and the positive effects vary with the business cycle. Meantime, the loan business of non -bank sectors has a stronger influence on the import and export, and particularly the impact on the export is greater than that on the import.
