借鉴环境影响随机模型，构建了碳排放驱动模型，分析结果表明，在以重工业为主导的背景下，在政府发展经济和居民提高生活水平的双重驱动下，城市化、居民消费增长、经济发展等都是碳排放增加的主要动因，而能源消耗结构优化才对碳排放具有抑制作用。因此，要减少碳排放只有倡导低碳生活、改善能源消耗结构，大力发展循环经济，才能切实、有效地实现减排目标。

This paper presented a carbon-driven modeL for Gansu Province by drawing on the environmentaL stochastic modeL. ResuLts show that under the premise of heavy industry dominating in Gansu＇s economy,one drive from resident for improving Living standards and residents consumption growth and the other drive from government for urbanization and LeveLs of economic deveLopment were the main causes of increased carbon e-missions in Gansu;OnLy energy consumption structure improvement was heLpfuL for decreasing carbon emis-sions. Therefore,advocating Low carbon emissions Living,improving energy consumption structure and vigor-ousLy deveLoping the circuLar economy can be effective and efficient on the reduction of carbon emissions.
