清诗总集是编辑者按自己的编辑标准从清人作品中辑选出相应的诗歌，按一定的编排体例编排的诗歌作品集，与以前各朝人编辑同时代诗歌总集相比较，清人编辑的清诗总集经过了一个由自发到自觉的发展过程，形成了一支编辑队伍。他们通过对诗歌总集编纂之利弊得失的总结，形成了初具规模的“诗选之学”，表现出了编纂者强烈的专业意识，具体为三个方向：提出了选诗难于作诗的普遍认识，指出这既是辑者个人能力所限，又是由于编选同时代人之诗受诸多因素而限；总结了辑者素养的基本要求，指出既要具备诗人所具备的“才”、“胆”、“识”和“力”四个方面素质要求，又须具备编辑者所具备的“才”、“学”、“识”三个基本素质要求；与前代诗歌总集编辑者相比较，清人表现出了铸造精品的理念，即辑者具有强烈的自我批判精神，突出地表现为学唐、学宋之争，是否辑录存世者之诗，诗歌总集评点之争等方面。

Qing Poetry Collection,which were selected in the appropriate works of poetry from the Qing Dynasty,were arranged in a fixed layout style by the editors who are according to their own editorial standards.Compared with the poet-ry collection edit contemporary by previous dynasty,Qing Poetry Collections had experienced a developing process from spontaneity to consciousness and formed an editing team.Based on the pros and cons from the summary of the compilation of poetry,they has formed a coarse scale of about＂the study of selected anthology＂,which has showed the strong profes-sional consciousness of the compilers.Specific from these three directions：They put forward the understanding of selected poetry is difficult than made poetry,because of two reason,one is due to the limitation of editing personal ability,the oth-er is there are many factors restricted to compile contemporary poems.2They summarize the basic requirement of editing quality,and also pointed out that it is not only to have＂Talent＂,＂Courage＂,＂Knowledge＂,＂Ability＂as the poet ,but also have the basic standard of＂Talent＂,＂Learning ability＂,＂Knowledge＂like the editor.Compared with the poetry col-lection edit of the previous dynasty,the Qing showed the concept of casting products,that is to say,the editor has a strong self-criticism spirit in editing.Outstanding the performance in debating the school of Tang dynasty or Song, whether to edit the living person＆#39;s poetry or not and the comments on Poems.
