本文采用中国与21个贸易协定成员国SITC3位码进出口数据，研究了中国签署的区域贸易协定对双边贸易流量的影响，结果显示：我国参加的区域贸易协定对中国的进、出口贸易具有显著的正向促进作用，但是这种影响对不同技术水平的产品促进效果并不相同，其中，贸易协定显著促进了中国的资源型产品、低技术产品贸易，但是对中技术产品与高技术产品贸易的促进作用并不明显；文章的结果同时显示，与现有的区域协定成员国缔结的贸易协定不利于中国资源型产品出口的增长，文章的结果表明，如何选择合适的区域合作伙伴既可以促进双边的贸易联系，又可实现双方的互利共赢是未来中国政府必须要面对的问题。

Using SITC 3-digit import and export data, this paper studies the impact of regional trade agreements on bilateral trade between China and RTA member countries. The results show that China＇s participation in regional trade agreements has a significant positive effect on China＇s export trade, but this pro- moting effect on different levels of technology products varies; the trade agree- ment significantly promotes the trade of China＇s resource products, low technolo- gy products and middle technology products, but this effect on the trade of high-tech products is not significant. The findings also suggest that China＇s sign- ing of RTA with the existing RTA member countries has a negative effect on its export of resource products. For China, how to select appropriate regional trade partners is still an issue for the Chinese government to face.
