基于博弈论构建了参与主体为政府、家电回收企业和市民的废旧家电回收逆向物流完全信息静态博弈模型。模型均衡分析找出了可能存在的八种纯策略Nash均衡结果及条件。进而对各参与主体在混合策略下的期望收益进行计算,并分析了混合策略Nash均衡解。混合策略均衡解分析发现:政府对企业实施回收物流的合理补贴、对企业不实施的行政罚款及对市民参与的补贴,能有效激励家电企业和市民参与逆向物流中。最后为有效实施废旧家电回收逆向物流,构建了互为担保和共同作用的正、负激励机制。

For reverse logistics in recycling waste household appliances,this paper built a complete information static game among government,enterprises and citizens based on Game Theory. It proposed eight pure strategies of Nash equilibrium and their conditions,and it also analyzed the expected benefits of mixed ones of Nash equilibrium. It has been found that the government can encourage enterprises and citizens in recycling by offering them subsidies for compliance and imposing penalties on enterprises for non-compliance. It then built incentive mechanisms from positive and negative aspects,Which have a mutual guarantee and interactions so as to enhance the overall performance of reverse logistics in recycling waste household appliances.
