提出了基于支持向量机的科技投融资绩效评价方法,并对四川省1995~2012年期间科技投融资绩效进行实证研究。结果表明:基于支持向量机进行科技投融资绩效评价的方法是可行且有效的;四川省科技投融资绩效并不是随着投融资总额的增加呈现出逐步提高的趋势,而是有一定的波动性。

To improve the government' s science and technology investment and finance management model and raise the level of innovation efficiency. The support vector machine method is presented in this paper to do an empirical study on the performance of ST investment and finance based on the datas from 1995 to 2011. On the one hand,the test results show that the construction of support vector machine mothod is effective and feasible. On the other hand,the performance of ST investment and finance is not increasing with the total investment but showing some fluctuations.
