针对我国工矿废弃地复垦存在的问题,分析了现有复垦方向的优缺点,提出在我国工矿废弃地因地制宜地投建赛场,从而达到平衡耕地保护、投资获益与生态改善三方面关系的复垦目的。选取重庆某采石场废弃地,将其所采用的传统复垦与本文提出的赛场投建复垦在施工规划与成本估算方面进行详细的对照分析;同时将赛场投建复垦与公园开发复垦做对比。赛场投建复垦在盘活建设用地、增加耕地面积、促进当地经济发展及改善当地生态环境等方面均有一定的优势。

Aiming at the problems in the present situation of land reclamation in industrial and mining wasteland in China, this paper first analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of present reclamation directions, and then proposes building race courses on industrial and mining wasteland based on local conditions, so as to balance the relationship between land protection, investment benefit and ecological improvement. The paper makes a detailed comparison between traditional reclamation and the new reclamation direction of construction planning and cost estimation in a quarry wasteland in Chongqing, and contrasts the construction of race courses with the park development reclamation. It is concluded that land reclamation through race course construction has certain advantages in invigorating construction land, increasing the cultivated area, promoting local economic development and improving the local ecological environment.
