以我国装备制造业与生产性服务业的互动效率为研究对象，基于两大产业互动作用展开研究，分析了装备制造业与生产性服务业互动影响因素，建立互动效率评价指标体系；在此基础上，针对性地选择DEA作为互动效率的评价方法，并构建相应评价模型；以我国30省市及细分行业截面数据为基础进行实证研究，揭示我国装备制造业与生产性服务业互动效率现状、特征及规律，并在此基础上提出加强两大产业关联、改善产业资源投入结构、加强产业技术研发和创新、提升产业管理水平和大力发展现代生产性服务业等政策建议。

This paper sets focus on the interactive efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry, and builds up the evaluation index system of the interaction influence factors. On this foundation, this paper makes a targeted choice of eval- uation method, and constructs the evaluation model of the interactive efficiency. Based on the related data of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry in China, this paper makes an empirical study for revealing the status, characteristics and regu- larity of the interactive efficiency. According to the empirical study results, this paper puts forward the policy recommendations and sug- gestions for improving the interaction efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry, such as improving the technology and management level of these two industries, speeding up the development of modem productive service industry, and improving the input structure of the industrial resource, etc.
