本文通过对钢铁企业传统成本管理方法存在问题分析的基础上，探讨了钢铁企业应用精益生产成本管理进行成本优化的特点和优势，挖掘了钢铁企业应用精益生产理念降低成本的各项潜能，建立了钢铁企业降低关键点生产成本的数学模型并通过了试算，最后提出了钢铁企业精益生产成本优化的策略，从而促进钢铁企业可持续发展和行业转型升级。
本文通過對鋼鐵企業傳統成本管理方法存在問題分析的基礎上，探討瞭鋼鐵企業應用精益生產成本管理進行成本優化的特點和優勢，挖掘瞭鋼鐵企業應用精益生產理唸降低成本的各項潛能，建立瞭鋼鐵企業降低關鍵點生產成本的數學模型併通過瞭試算，最後提齣瞭鋼鐵企業精益生產成本優化的策略，從而促進鋼鐵企業可持續髮展和行業轉型升級。
본문통과대강철기업전통성본관리방법존재문제분석적기출상，탐토료강철기업응용정익생산성본관리진행성본우화적특점화우세，알굴료강철기업응용정익생산이념강저성본적각항잠능，건립료강철기업강저관건점생산성본적수학모형병통과료시산，최후제출료강철기업정익생산성본우화적책략，종이촉진강철기업가지속발전화행업전형승급。
Based on the analysis of the problems incurred by traditional cost management methods in iron and steel industry, this study discussed the characteristics as well as the advantages of applying lean production cost management. It investigated every potential cost optimization aspects in iron and steel industry, and built the mathematical model and algorithm of the key process of raw materials re- garding to reducing production cost. Finally the cost optimization strategies of iron and steel enterprises under lean production systems were proposed to promote the sustainable development of iron and steel enterprises as well as the industrial transformation and upgra- ding.
