本研究基于我国陆地国土空间的生态环境脆弱度分异与我国主要煤炭矿区进行空间拟合,在整个国土空间范围上判别我国主要煤炭基地所处生态环境脆弱程度,揭示不同煤炭基地相关生态环境因子约束类型,提出针对不同类型煤炭基地生态约束类型的绿色开采措施与我国未来煤炭基地生产调控政策。
本研究基于我國陸地國土空間的生態環境脆弱度分異與我國主要煤炭礦區進行空間擬閤,在整箇國土空間範圍上判彆我國主要煤炭基地所處生態環境脆弱程度,揭示不同煤炭基地相關生態環境因子約束類型,提齣針對不同類型煤炭基地生態約束類型的綠色開採措施與我國未來煤炭基地生產調控政策。
본연구기우아국륙지국토공간적생태배경취약도분이여아국주요매탄광구진행공간의합,재정개국토공간범위상판별아국주요매탄기지소처생태배경취약정도,게시불동매탄기지상관생태배경인자약속류형,제출침대불동류형매탄기지생태약속류형적록색개채조시여아국미래매탄기지생산조공정책。
This study is based on the spatial fitting by ecological environment fragility differentiation of China's land territory space and its major coal mining area, which determines the environmental vulnerability of major coal bases throughout the territory spatial extent of China. It reveals the different types of environmental constraint factors that related to coal bases. In the conclusion, we propose the green mininz measures and future regulatory policy for different ecological constraint types of coal production bases.
