本文探讨了研发团队的创新行为与标准化工作实践对团队绩效的影响机制。基于对242个研发团队的调查,发现团队创新行为与标准化工作实践对团队绩效均具有正向影响作用,验证了知识管理分别在团队创新行为、标准化工作实践与团队绩效之间的中介作用。

This paper tests the influential mechanism of team innovative behavior and standardized work practices on team performance with a sample of 242 R&D teams. The conclusion suggests that team innovative behavior and standardized work practices are all benefi- cial to team performance. Meanwhile, knowledge management has a mediating role between team innovative behavior, standardized work practices and team performance respectively.
