金融系统功能一直是西方经济理论中联系经济增长和金融发展两种理论的一条主轴、核心与关键，是探讨金融与经济增长相互关系的一个必不可少的基石。通过对新古典主义与凯恩斯主义—熊彼特主义两个分析框架下关于金融功能的不同解释即资源配置效率与产出效率进行分析与比较，发现两个分析框架并不矛盾，配置效率关注金融的质量，而产出效率则关注金融的数量，将两个视角的分析联系起来有助于我们全面深入地认识金融系统功能，也有助于结合我国的发展阶段和制度特征，正确认识金融与经济增长的关系，从而更好地服务于我国的金融体系建设。

Financial system function is always the spindle, core and key between economic growth and finance development in western economic theories. It is also an essential cornerstone exploring the relation between the finance and economy. With the analysis and comparison with different explanations of financial function under Neo-classicism framework and Keynesian-Schumpeterian framework which refers to resource allocation efficiency and output efficiency, this paper argued that these two frameworks are not contradictory. Allocation efficiency concerns about the quality of finance while output efficiency concerns about the number of finance. To integrate them will help us have a comprehensive understanding of financial system function, it also help us understand the relationship between financial and economic growth correctly, and can better serve the construction of Chinese financial system.
