农地流转是中国家庭联产承包责任制实施后农地制度改革的深化。发达国家的农地治理经验中，农地流转的期限长、面积大，是农业现代化、高效化的基础。中国农地流转期限短的原因在于，流出方的推力不够、流入方的拉力不足、政府的给力不充分。针对这些分析，提出了推动中国农地长期流转的一系列建议。
農地流轉是中國傢庭聯產承包責任製實施後農地製度改革的深化。髮達國傢的農地治理經驗中，農地流轉的期限長、麵積大，是農業現代化、高效化的基礎。中國農地流轉期限短的原因在于，流齣方的推力不夠、流入方的拉力不足、政府的給力不充分。針對這些分析，提齣瞭推動中國農地長期流轉的一繫列建議。

Agricultural land transfer is to deepen the reform of rural land system after the household contract re-sponsibility system in China .The study found that the longer the term of the agricultural land transfer , the greater the area of it.The reason why the term of the agricultural land transfer short in China is that the supply in agricultural land transfer is not enough ,and the demand in it is also lack ,and the government support is not sufficient .For these reasons , the study proposes some suggestions to promote the long -term transfer of agricultural land in China .
