Based on a survey of 61 R&D teams, the paper explored the effect relationships among task interdependence, team learning, team creativity. The empirical results showed: task interdependence had a positive impact on novelty and utility; these relationships were partially mediated by team learning; team reflexivity moderated the relationships between task interdependence and novelty and utility.
