通过问卷调查法收集数据,深入了解回流人才政策认知对其工作生活的影响。研究结果表明:政策-个体关联对回流人才工作满意度有正向影响;社区嵌入在政策-个体关联和工作满意度之间起中介作用;回流人才的主动性人格对其工作满意度起调节作用;回流人才的政策内容知晓对其工作满意度和社区嵌入没有影响。最后,根据研究结果对人才回流政策的制定、宣传和实施提出建议。
通過問捲調查法收集數據,深入瞭解迴流人纔政策認知對其工作生活的影響。研究結果錶明:政策-箇體關聯對迴流人纔工作滿意度有正嚮影響;社區嵌入在政策-箇體關聯和工作滿意度之間起中介作用;迴流人纔的主動性人格對其工作滿意度起調節作用;迴流人纔的政策內容知曉對其工作滿意度和社區嵌入沒有影響。最後,根據研究結果對人纔迴流政策的製定、宣傳和實施提齣建議。
통과문권조사법수집수거,심입료해회류인재정책인지대기공작생활적영향。연구결과표명:정책-개체관련대회류인재공작만의도유정향영향;사구감입재정책-개체관련화공작만의도지간기중개작용;회류인재적주동성인격대기공작만의도기조절작용;회류인재적정책내용지효대기공작만의도화사구감입몰유영향。최후,근거연구결과대인재회류정책적제정、선전화실시제출건의。
This study collected data of 394 returning-talents by questionnaire survey, and investigated returning-talents cohort's perception of related talents policies and their impact on talents life. The results of data analyses has revealed that: 1) policy-relatedness has positive impacted on job satisfaction; 2) Community fit has played mediating roles in the relationships between policy-relatedness and job satisfaction; 3) proactive personality has moderated the relationship between poli- cy-relatedness and job satisfaction; 4) policy-perception has not related to policy-relatedness or job satisfaction. Suggestions of returning-talents oolicv making,implementation and publicity will discussed at last according to the study results.
