商标作为品牌的核心和品牌的法律概念,在我国文化产业发展中,具有特别重要的意义。然而,目前我国文化产业的商标培育和保护严重滞后。本文剖析了上海文化产业品牌建设中商标发展的现状现状,探探讨了文化产业商标发展的对策策:扩大商标注册量,培育发展具有特色的文化产业商标;培育著名文化品牌,做大做强著名文化商标;加强文化企业商标国际注册;加强国际交流合作作,推广中国元素文化产品商标;加大文化企业海外商标的维权力度。

As the core and the legal concept of the brand, trademarks are of great significance in the development of China' s cultural industry. However, the current China's cultural industry trademark cultivation and protection seriously lags behind. This paper investigated countermeasures of cultural industry trademark development and analyzed present situation of trademark development in Shanghai cultural industry brand construction. Firstly, we should expand the trademark registrations, and nurture feature cultural industry trademarks. Secondly, we should nurture famous cultural brands, and improve famous cultural trademarks. Thirdly, we should strengthen international registration of cultural enterprise trademarks. Fourthly, we should strengthen international exchange and cooperation, and promote Chinese cultural product trademarks. Fifthly, we should strengthen the maintenance of cultural industry trademark power.
