当前,随着现代化进程加速速,我国我国的经济改革已进入到深水区,各种经济关系错综复杂,市场竞争利润最大化极易使经济主体采用非法手段来冲击公平界线内的良性竞争,也即现代化进程与经济犯罪存在着一种动态发展的应然性和必然性。经济犯罪的概念聚讼演变、社会根源产生、变迁动力及趋向发展甚至危害后果都会随经济活动时间、范围的变化而表现出动态性,且危害也远超一般刑事犯罪。

The debatable evolution of the concept of economic crime, the emergence of social root, transition power, tendency development and even harmful consequence all show the dynamic characters with the change of the time and the range of economic activities, and the harm far surpasses general criminal offence.
