金融危机之后，全球经济治理出现了新的进展和变化，面临困境。全球经济治理困境的产生既有全球权力转移的原因，也有全球化面临扩张边界的原因。从其本身来看，治理还存在着层次冲突、规则非中性、公共选择以及霸权主导等四个内在困境。因此，要采取务实态度来对待全球经济治理。在全球经济治理难以根本推进的情况下，通过跨地区经济治理、地区经济治理、双边经济治理以及内部经济治理等其他路径来实现全球经济发展。

New developments and changes have appeared in the global economic governance since the financial crisis. Based on the analysis of global economic governance, this paper holds that the current global economic governance is being faced up with dilemmas. Seeing from the governance itself, four internal dilemmas including conflict of various levels, rules of non-neutrality, public choice and hegemony in dominance still remain in the current situation. This article proposes that a practical attitude should be held in terms of global economic governance, and the global economic improvements can be achieved through such channels as trans-regional economic governance, regional economic governance, bilateral economic governance and internal economic governance given that it is hard to radically push forward the global economic governance fight now.
