以网络预订为主的旅游在线交易逐渐成为人们出行的新选择,然而电子商务给人们带来快捷便利的同时,随之而来的网络欺诈问题也层出不穷,成为旅游网络交易发展的一大障碍.学界关于网络欺诈的研究仍相对少见,基于此,文章以旅游网络交易欺诈为研究对象,运用内容分析法,筛选了530 例旅游网络交易欺诈事件进行总结分析,研究结果显示旅游网络交易欺诈贯穿于交易链的整个过程,主要类型可以归纳为信息欺诈、网站欺诈、诱饵欺诈、服务欺诈和信心欺诈5 大类.其中,交易前以霸王条款为主的信息欺诈最为典型,而交易中的主要欺诈体现为服务保证虚假,交易后则以不兑现承诺的信心欺诈为主,由此总结出旅游网络交易欺诈的过程,并对如何预防旅游网络交易欺诈提出几点建议.

Online travel reservation has become a new choice for many people before their actualtravel. While they enjoy the fast and convenient service brought about by the e-commerce, more andmore online deception has emerged and become a major obstacle to the development of online tourismtransaction. However, academic research on online deception is still rare, especially on online tourismtrade. Accordingly, the paper explored the online tourism trade deception from 530 cases, by adopting acontent analysis approach.According to the theory of deception and some other research in online deception, the mainmanifestation of deception is an important basis for division of the deception types. Therefore, throughcarefully analyzing the contents and manifestations of 530 cases of online tourism trade deception, thispaper summarizes main types and the process of online tourism trade deception.The results show that online tourism trade deception can be found throughout the entire process oftransaction chain. Totally, there are five main types of online tourism trade deception, includinginformation deception, website deception, service deception, bait deception and confidence deception.Each type has several typical manifestations which in all are summarized into 17 typical manifestations.Through analyzing these types and their typical manifestations, a flow chart was drawn to show theprocess of online tourism trade deception based on the transaction chain. Before the transaction,imparity clause is the most typical manifestation among the information deception; during thetransaction, the main manifestation is false service guarantee; after the transaction, not fulfilling thepromise is representative among the confidence deception.In addition, this paper compared general online trade deception and online tourism tradedeception. It was found that the types and progress of the online tourism trade deception is morecomplicated and centralized than general online trade deception and traditional tourism deception.Finally, this paper put forward some suggestions about Internet environment, techniques, and consumerthemselves to prevent transaction deception.Due to the limitation of case resources and lack of computer analysis technology, the paper onlymade an inductive analysis of limited cases. Besides, content analysis is just one of methods to analyzethe content of the cases. Therefore, the research on online tourism trade deception is still in theexploratory stage and more attention needs to be paid by researchers.
