通过理论和实证分析相结合的方法,对当前中国文化产业的就业效应进行了分析,结果显示:文化产业的就业效应可分为直接就业效应和间接就业效应,且间接就业效应显著于直接就业效应;文化产业的就业效应可分为就业总量效应和就业结构效应。就总量来讲,第三产业与文化产业对于就业都存在正向拉动作用,且文化产业的就业弹性明显高于第三产业的就业弹性(0.13〉0.037);就结构来讲,文化产业发展对就业结构的影响符合就业结构的变化规律,文化产业发展推动了就业结构的优化。因此,要加大文化体制改革力度,鼓励文化创新和文化领域的自主创业,培育民族文化品牌,加大承接文化产业的力度。

The paper analyzes the employment effect of the current China cultural industry by using the method of a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis. The results show that about mechanism,the employment effect of cultural industry can be divided into direct and indirect employment effect,and indirect employment effect is more significantly than direct employment effect; in the content,the employment effect of cultural industry can be divided into the employment amount effect and the employment structure effect.On the amount aspect,both the third industry and cultural industries have positive effects on employment,and the employment elasticity of the cultural industry is obviously higher than that of third industries( 0. 13 0. 037); on the structure aspect,influence of cultural industry development to employment structure is in accordance with the change of employment structure,and the development of cultural industry promotes the optimization of employment structure. Therefore,the reform of cultural system needs to be intensified,and cultural innovation and cultural entrepreneurship should be encouraged to foster national culture brand,and increase efforts to undertake cultural industries.
