高等教育财政投入立法是中国未来法制建设中的重要环节。在分析中国高等教育投入立法及其现状基础上,针对存在问题,借鉴英、美等国经验,可以提出完善中国高等教育立法的一系列制度设计和规则设定。

Legislation on the financial investment in higher education is an integral part of the development of China＇ s legal system. Based on the analysis of the status quo in this aspect in China,this paper will come up with measures to improve our legislation by learning from the experience of the United States and United Kingdom.
